Education that sparks curiosity
Education should give children the freedom to explore different ideas, look at things from different perspectives, and gradually discover their own strengths and innate abilities.
At Little Founders, one of our main goals is to create an educational experience that develops a creative and innovative mindset. We want children to feel comfortable asking questions, experimenting with ideas, solving problems — and even getting things wrong sometimes.
Money as a life skill — not an obsession
Helping children understand the world they are growing up in matters, and money is naturally a part of that world. We want them to understand what money represents — why people earn it, save it, spend it, share it, and invest it — and the role it plays in everyday life and society.
The aim is never to make children focused on money for its own sake. It's to help them build healthy financial awareness, good judgment, and a sense of responsibility from an early age — seeing money as a tool that involves choices, effort, value, priorities, and consequences.
Character comes first
Education should also help shape character. Understanding money, business, technology, or leadership is valuable — but learning how your choices affect other people matters just as much. That's why these values are woven into everything we teach:
Learning to work with others
Through stories, games, discussions, team challenges, and practical projects, children get real opportunities to grow together. Sometimes they lead, sometimes they listen, sometimes they disagree — and sometimes they see the same situation in completely different ways. Those moments are an important part of learning too.
There's never just one way to see things
I'm especially interested in helping children discover that there is rarely only one way to look at a situation. Watch how a small shift in perspective changes everything:
Something hard to do becomes a chance to grow and try something new.
Getting it wrong is one of the best ways to truly understand something.
Someone else's point of view can completely change how we understand an idea.
We introduce these perspectives in a way that feels fun, natural, and age-appropriate — never by turning every lesson into a lecture. 💡
