Refund Policy

Overview

At Little Founders, we want every family to feel confident enrolling their child in our Program. This Refund Policy explains the conditions under which refunds are issued, based on when a cancellation request is made relative to the Program timeline.

All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our contact email at mylittlefounders.com. Verbal requests will not be accepted. Once a request is received, we will confirm receipt within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 10 business days to the original payment method.

Refund Schedule

Before Registration Closes β€” 80% Refund

If you submit a cancellation request before the registration deadline for your enrolled cohort, you are entitled to an 80% refund of the total fees paid. The remaining 20% is retained as a non-refundable administrative and processing fee that covers enrollment handling, communication, and materials preparation costs incurred at the time of registration.

Registration closing dates are published on our website and communicated in your enrollment confirmation email. It is your responsibility to be aware of the applicable deadline for your cohort.

After Registration Closes, Before Classes Commence β€” 50% Refund

If you submit a cancellation request after the registration deadline has passed but before the first session of the Program takes place, you are entitled to a 50% refund of the total fees paid. By this point, cohort planning, instructor scheduling, curriculum preparation, and seat allocation have been completed in full, and the withheld 50% reflects the costs and commitments already made on your behalf.

After Classes Commence β€” No Refund

Once the first session of the Program has taken place, no refund will be issued regardless of the reason for cancellation, including but not limited to personal schedule conflicts, change of mind, the child’s disinterest, relocation, or technical issues on the participant’s end.

We take this position because by the time classes begin, instructors are engaged, cohort sizes are fixed, and program delivery is underway. A seat occupied by your child cannot be reallocated to another family at that stage.

Exceptions

We recognize that genuine emergencies can arise. The following limited exceptions to the no-refund rule after commencement will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at our sole discretion, upon submission of supporting documentation:

A serious medical emergency affecting the enrolled child that renders participation impossible, evidenced by a written letter from a licensed medical professional. In such cases, we will offer a credit toward a future cohort as a first option, or a partial refund at our discretion.

A bereavement involving the death of the child’s parent, sibling, or legal guardian occurring during the Program period. In such cases, we will offer either a full credit toward a future cohort or a partial refund, at our discretion.

A sustained delivery failure on our part, defined as our inability to deliver three or more consecutive scheduled sessions due to reasons within our control, where we are also unable to reschedule or provide an adequate remedy within a reasonable timeframe. In such cases, a pro-rated refund for undelivered sessions will be issued.

We do not consider the following to be grounds for an exception: dissatisfaction with the curriculum or teaching style where the Program was delivered as described, a child’s unwillingness to participate after classes have begun, or technical issues originating on the participant’s side such as internet outages or device failures.
