Session Recordings

All live sessions are conducted online and may be recorded. Recordings are made exclusively for the purpose of allowing enrolled families to review sessions their child missed. They are not shared publicly, posted on social media, used in marketing materials, or distributed to any third party. Recordings are deleted within 90 days of the session date.

If you do not wish your child to appear in session recordings, notify us in writing before the Program begins and we will make reasonable accommodations, such as allowing your child to participate with their camera off.

Marketing and Promotional Use

We will never use your child’s name, image, voice, or likeness in any marketing, promotional, or social media content without your explicit, separate written consent. If we wish to feature your child’s work, story, or participation in any public-facing material, we will reach out to you directly with a specific request. You are under no obligation to agree, and declining will have no effect on your child’s enrollment or experience.

Parent and Guardian Conduct

Parents and guardians who attend or observe sessions may not independently record any part of a session by any means, including screen recording, audio capture, or any other method. This policy exists to protect the privacy of all children participating in the cohort, not just your own.

Violation of this policy may result in the parent or guardian being removed from observer access for the remainder of the Program.

Participation in the Program does not confer academic credit, certification, or any formal qualification. The entrepreneurship concepts, skills, and activities introduced during the Program are designed to inspire creativity and build foundational thinking in young learners, and outcomes will naturally vary from child to child depending on age, engagement, effort, and prior experience. We make no guarantee that any specific skill level, business outcome, or measurable result will be achieved.
